继发性皮肤CD30阳性大细胞淋巴瘤介绍

　　继发性皮肤CD30阳性大细胞淋巴瘤(secondary cutaneous CD30 positive large cell lymphoma)包括非MF-CD30阴性皮肤大T细胞淋巴瘤(negative cutaneous large T-cell lymphoma)，非MF-CD30阴性皮肤多形性小或中等细胞淋巴瘤(Non-MF-CD30 negative cutaneous pleomorphic small or medium sized cell lymphoma)。为低度恶性淋巴瘤据报告5年存活期为60%和90%。可发生于MF，淋巴瘤样丘疹病，以及皮肤外受累的患者中。
