眼-耳-脊椎综合征(oculoauriculovertebraldysplasiasyndrome)又称耳-脊椎综合征(auriculovertebralsyndrome)，眼-耳-脊椎发育不良综合征(oculoauriculovertebraldysplasiasyndrome)、下颌面骨发育不全-眼球上皮样囊肿综合征(mandibulofacialdysostosis-epibulbardermoids)、眼-脊柱发育不全(oculovertebraldysplasia)、颜面-听-脊柱异常(facioauricul-overtebralanomaly)、Goldenhar综合征等，是一种以眼、耳及颜面、脊柱畸形的先天性症候群。
