一、科室基本情况中山大学附属院泌尿外科是广东省高等院校重点学科，广东省“五个一”工程重点学科，中山大学附属医院院级重点学科。在编医生13人中，其中5名，博士生导师3名，副3人及硕士生导师5名，讲师及主治医师5名。50岁以下具博士学历的5人，副3人，均有自己的研究方向，了具有持续、自主培养与先进水平相当的高层次人才能力。在编护士15人，其中主管护理师3名，护理师5名，护士7名。主管技师2名，技士1名。二、医疗泌尿外科设有普通病房、体外震波碎石室、尿流动力学检查室、直肠B超室检查室、门诊膀胱镜检查室、泌尿外科研究室、医学多媒体制作室、泌尿外科专科门诊、男科门诊等；现有普通病床46张，拥有进口的夜间阴茎勃起功能检测仪，进口的X光检查床、体外震波碎石机、尿流动力检查仪、直肠B超、膀胱镜、输尿管镜、经尿道电切镜、经皮肾孟肾镜、医学多媒体制作设备等先进医疗设备。每年泌尿外科门诊量近2.5万人次（门诊除外），完成膀胱镜及各类小手术1000多例次。普通泌尿外科手术1200多例次，体外震波碎石近500人次，尿流动力学检查近400人次，收治急症病约150人次。在泌尿系肿瘤、结石、微创泌尿外科、男科学及肾移植方面的研究一直处于国内或省内先进水平，如：膀胱癌术后生物及化学治疗、小肾癌及肾癌并腔静脉癌栓的治疗、后腹腔镜手术的应用、腹膜后淋巴清扫及前列腺癌术式改良、阴茎假体植入术等新技术的研究都处于国内领先或先进水平。三、科研和教学泌尿外科作为华南地区博士点之一，近5年来学科学术带头人及学术队伍在国内外核心期刊上发表论文200多编，主编专著2本（《泌尿外科手术解剖学》；《男科疾病误诊误治与防范》）；获得科研基金60多项；获得科研成果40多项；已毕业博士28名，硕士23人，在读博士生9名、硕士生15名；每年承担中山大学临床医学系和护理本科生中英文班的理论课、动物实验、临床见习和实习教学；每年招收国内各地医院泌尿外科修生16名；每周定期举办一次或一次以上泌尿外科科新技术、新进展的学术讲座。DEPARTMENTOFUROLOGY,THEFIRSTAFFILIATEDHOSPITAL,SUNYAT-SENUNIVERSITYOFMEDICALSCIENCESⅠ.Synopsis:UrologydepartmentofthefirsthospitalaffiliatedofSUNYAT-SENUniversityofMedicalScienceisthepivotalunitofGuangdongprovince"Five-First"projectandalsothepivotalunitofZhongshanUniversity.Thereare13doctorsinthisdepartment,including5professorsand3medicaldoctortutors,3associateprofessorsand5medicalmastertutors,4lecturerorattendingdoctor,1resident,12ofthemhavegottenmedicaldoctor’sdegree,1isreceivingthestudyformedicaldoctordegree.Allthe5professorsandthe3associateprofessorshavegottheirmedicalmasterdegreeandundertheageoffifty.Eachofthemhavetheirindividualurologicresearchfield,whichensurestheconstantandself–reliantcapacitytonurtureamountofhighleveledtalenteddoctorsofadvancedinternationalrange.Therearealso3chiefnurses,5masternurses,7nurses,2chiefengineerand1engineerinurologydepartment.Ⅱ.MedicalaffairsThereare46bedsinurologydepartment.Wehaveestablishedgeneralward,extracoporealshockwavelithotripsy(ESWL)room,transrectalultrasoundBexaminationroom,cystoscopicexaminationroom,researchroom,studioformedicalmultimedia,clinicofurology,clinicofandrology,etal.Therearealotofadvancedmedicalinstruments,suchasnocturnalelectrobioimpedancevolumetricassessment,extracoporealshockwavelithotripsy,uroflowmeter,transrectalultrasoundB,cystoscopy,ureteroscopy,percutaneousnephroscopy,studioformedicalmultimedia.Everyyearthereare25,000casesinurologicclinic(exceptprofessorclinic),1000casesofcystoscopyandsmalloperation,1200casesofgeneralurologicoperation,500casesofESWL,400casesofurodynamictest,150emergencycases.Ittakestheleadinthefieldofurinarysystemtumor,urolithiasis,mini-invasiveurologicalsurgery,andrologyandrenaltransplantinChinaandinGuangdongprovince,forexample:biologicalandchemicaltreatmentofbladdercarcinomaafteroperation,treatmentofsmallrenalcarcinoma,treatmentofrenalcarcinomawithvenacavatumorthrombin,post-laparoscopicsurgery,retroperitoneallymphnodesradicalresection,improvedradicalprostatectomyandprosthesisforerectiledysfunction.III.ScientificresearchUrologydepartmentofthefirstaffiliatedhospitalofSunYat-SenUniversityofMedicalSciencesistheonlymedicaldoctortrainingcenterinsouthChina.Intherecentfiveyears,doctorshaveissuedmorethan200articlesinthenationalandforeigncoreperiodicaljournals,attained60scientificresearchfound,40scientificresearchprizes,edited3works(1.《UrologicAnatomy》,chiefeditor-Meihua,2001,ShandongScienceandTechnologyPress;2.《MisdiagnosisandMistherapyofAndrologicDiseases》,chiefeditor-Qiushaopeng,Dengchunhua,2002,ScientificandTechnicalDocumentsPublishingHouse;3.《AnalysisofAndrologicTypicalCases》,chiefeditor-Dengchunhua,Qiushaopeng,2003,ScientificandTechnicalDocumentsPublishingHouse).28medicaldoctorsand23mastershavegraduated,and9medicaldoctorsand15mastersareonthestudy.Doctorsofurologydepartmentgivetheoriallessonsandanimalsurgerylessonstothestudentsofclinicalmedicaldepartmentandnursingdepartment,theyalsogiveclinicallessonstoprobationersandinterns.Morethan15urologicdoctorsfromalloverthecountrycometoourdepartmenttotakearefreshercourseeveryyear.Everyweekweholdoneormorelecturesonnewtechniqueandthenewestdevelopmentofurology.
